The 1920's are back, and they are FABULOUS. The slick, timeless silhouette of the twenties gown is a hot fashion tip for 2012, with classic beaded embellishments and if you dare, backless! The look uses delicate silk fabrics cut on the bias to create dreamy, fluid dress shapes. If you're a bride choosing to wear this style, invest in some control pants, unless of course you are lucky enough to have a naturally slim figure as slinky fabrics are very unforgiving! This dress style, whilst being perfect for a vintage themed wedding, also suits mature brides who may not feel comfortable in a 'big' wedding dress.

Fabric Rose Embellishments
Dresses with self fabric flower embellishments featured heavily in the 2012 designer bridal collections and also on the high street (CWLB has spotted it in Primark!) Veromia's 2012 collection had petals, roses and other sculptural fabric details on a variety of dress shapes including mermaid dresses and ballgowns. The look is modern, contemporary and very very chic.
